•  La Mode Feminine II, fashion show at Mojitos Ultra Lounge in Orlando, Florida was one of the best fashion shows this summer. From the looks of the amazingly artistic flyer, this collaborative production sparked our interest.  With no expectations, we were excited to see what ensembles were going to be pieced together from some well known designers from IADT School of design. If you think about it, IADT probably holds some of the most interesting students and grads with most eclectic pieces from all generations, which meant one thing to us, this should be good.  On top of this, fashion working into becoming grander? Let’s see it!
  • There were a few stops to persue through before entering the main room at Mojitos. Drinks, wine, jewelry, makeup and even our favorite sangria, Why not right, you’re at a fashion show?!

    On to the highlight of the night, the fashion show. I must say, this particular part of the evening, was beautifully crafted. There were four segments featured: Elegance of Yesteryear, the Little White Dresses, Street Wear and Evening Wear. The clothes featured were made from several garment materials transformed into ready to wear glamour. We were amazingly pleased by the “Swimwear” by Reydira the feel that each piece brought down the runway was colorfull and sassy . Quality fashions collection from “LUVA” Designs that included elegant in jewelry and accessories. Think of all the detailed garments, the custom made clothes, swimwear and skirts, the soft white hues and silks, chiffon and organza, yes ladies, it was beautiful. I can tell from the looks of other women around, these fashion pieces which were beautiful all looked like treasure to our eyes.
  • The night ended by giving all models “2011 Miss Mundo Latina candidates”  especially Bianca Vanrell, a huge hand of applause and thanks for a job well done at the runway, we can tell that  all of them are ready for the fashion world in Paris. Leaving the event, we were thankful to attend, and most importantly, thankful for organizations like Miss Mundo Latina Organization for putting on event(s) to bring people together for the sake of good fashion.
